Call log analytics for Android business phones

Call analytics app that turns your call log into numbers you can act on

A call analytics app counts and charts the calls on a phone, such as missed, answered and repeat callers, so patterns in the call log become visible at a glance.

AutoDial CRM draws a ring for each call type, opens the matching calls with one tap and lists the leads that never got a proper conversation.

  • Rings for missed, connected, rejected, spam, lost leads and more
  • Today, this week, this month, all time or your own dates
  • Every employee's numbers rolled up to the owner

What is a call analytics app?

A call analytics app reads a phone’s call log and turns it into counts, trends and short lists, so you can see how calling is going without scrolling through hundreds of rows. AutoDial CRM is a call analytics app for Android that links every number on its charts back to the real calls, read from the log its call history manager keeps.

One screen shows a ring per call type: all calls, incoming, outgoing, missed, connected, rejected, blocked, spam, unique numbers and lost leads. A tap on any ring opens the call log already narrowed to those calls. Lost leads are numbers you dialled whose calls never ran longer than a limit you choose, 60, 30 or 0 seconds, listed one row per number. A second count separates unique callers from total calls, and monthly trends chart incoming, outgoing, missed and rejected calls over time. You can look at today, this week, this month, all time or any range you set, in a Summary or an Analysis view. In a team, each person’s activity rolls up to the owner. We compared every detail here with the AutoDial CRM feature list on 14 October 2026.

Call analytics app benefits

  • Numbers you can open

Every ring leads straight to the calls it counts.

  • Lost leads caught

Dialled numbers that never got a real conversation are listed once each.

  • Real reach, not noise

Unique callers show how many people you spoke to, not how often.

  • Seasons made visible

Monthly trends show when missed calls pile up.

  • One team picture

The owner sees the whole team without asking for reports.

Call analytics app rings and filters

Each ring answers one question about the period you picked. Missed shows who rang and did not reach you. Connected shows calls that became conversations. Rejected, blocked and spam show what was refused or filtered out. Unique shows how many different numbers were involved.

The useful part is what happens next. Tap the missed ring and the log lists those exact calls, with a call-back button on each. Tap rejected and you see who was declined, perhaps by accident during a meeting. Since the rings and the filters use the same groups, a number never sits on a chart without a way to act on it. When the filtered list is a set of people to phone again, the follow-up reminder app side of AutoDial CRM can schedule each one, and today’s due follow-ups can be dialled as a single session.

Call analytics: lost leads and unique callers

Two counts deserve more attention than the rest, because they speak directly to sales.

  • Lost leads. A lost lead is a number your phone dialled whose calls never lasted past your limit. Choose 0 seconds to catch only numbers that never connected, 30 seconds to include quick hang-ups, or 60 seconds to include short brush-offs. Each number appears once, so the list is a clean win-back queue.
  • Unique vs total. Forty calls to eight numbers tell a different story from forty calls to forty numbers. Comparing the two shows whether the day went on new prospects or on chasing the same few.

Monthly trends draw incoming, outgoing, missed and rejected calls side by side across months, which helps when hiring for a busy season or checking whether a new ad doubled incoming calls. Ranges go from today to all time, with custom dates for a campaign or a quarter. The Summary view gives the totals; the Analysis view is for looking closer. For owners, each employee’s calling activity is added to the account, and the team call logs show the individual calls behind any total.

Call analytics app limits

Call analytics work on Android only, because iOS keeps the iPhone’s call log closed to apps; every other feature runs on the iPhone app. The app counts calls by type and lists them, but it does not score or rank employees, and it is not an ad attribution tool that tells you which campaign made the phone ring. For team call logging across SIM and internet calls, read about the call tracking app. For the dialing features of this same product, see the auto dialer app.

Call analytics app example

An illustration, not a named customer. A holiday villa agency in Athens, Greece, has 3 booking agents who answer enquiries from Google and travel forums. In early spring the owner opens the analytics for the last 90 days and sees missed calls climb every month, with about 120 in March alone. Tapping the missed ring opens the list, and the call times show most came between 1 pm and 3 pm, when two agents take lunch together. She staggers the breaks. The lost-lead ring at 30 seconds lists 45 numbers; the agents call each one, and 12 turn into bookings for the summer.

FAQ

Call analytics app FAQ

  1. What is call analytics?

Call analytics is counting and comparing phone calls by type, time and outcome to see how a phone or a team is really working. On a mobile, a call analytics app reads the call log and turns it into totals, trends and lists of calls to follow up.

  2. What is the best call analytics app for a sales team?

The best call analytics app for a sales team links each number back to the calls behind it and adds up every salesperson's activity for the manager. AutoDial CRM does that with tap-to-filter rings, lost-lead tracking and a team roll-up in the owner's account.

  3. Is AutoDial CRM a call analytics app?

Yes. AutoDial CRM is a call analytics app and calling CRM for Android: it counts calls by type for any date range, tracks lost leads and shows monthly trends, alongside the dialer and lead records.

  4. Is there a free call analytics app?

Yes, free call analytics apps exist on Google Play, mostly for a single phone. Installing AutoDial CRM costs nothing, while its analytics are part of the per-user plan, which adds the team view and the lead records behind each call.

  5. Is there a call analysis app for iPhone?

No app can analyse an iPhone's built-in calls, since Apple keeps that log private from third-party apps. Apart from call analytics, everything in AutoDial CRM also runs on its iPhone app, so analytics need an Android phone.

  6. What app can I use to track callers?

Use a call analytics app that counts and names the people who ring you. AutoDial CRM looks up each caller in your leads, clients and contacts before anything else, and its unique callers count shows how many different people called in any period.

  7. What is the difference between unique callers and total calls?

Total calls counts every call; unique callers counts each phone number once. A big gap between the two means the same people are calling or being called again and again.

  8. Can I see call analytics for last month only?

Yes. Set a custom range covering just last month; the other presets are today, the current week, the current month and all time, and either the Summary or the Analysis view can show the result.

  9. Can an owner see call analytics for the whole team?

Yes. Each employee's calling activity rolls up to the owner's account, and the team call logs show every person's calls behind the totals.

  10. Can I tap a chart to see the actual calls behind it?

Yes. A tap on a ring brings up the call log narrowed to just the calls it counts, ready for a call-back or a remark.

  11. Can I see which months had the most missed calls?

Yes. The monthly trend chart plots missed calls next to incoming, outgoing and rejected ones for each month, so a busy season or a staffing gap stands out.

  12. How much does a call analytics app cost with AutoDial CRM?

AutoDial CRM costs ₹299 per user a month billed every 3 months (₹897), or ₹199 per user a month billed yearly (₹2,388). In US dollars that is $3.79 or $2.79 per user a month.

Your next call is ringing.

Install AutoDial CRM, import your leads and let the dialer, the WhatsApp and the follow-up alarm do the remembering.
