Lead management app that turns every caller into a lead
A lead management app keeps every enquiry a business receives in one list, labels where it came from and what stage it has reached, and lines up the next contact.
AutoDial CRM saves any caller as a lead from just the number, pulls new leads in from sheets and APIs, and dials whatever your filter shows.
- Source tags for ads, referrals, walk-ins, portals or your own channels
- Google Sheets and REST API sources checked on a schedule
- One filter across status, tag, product, list and custom fields

What is a lead management app?
A lead management app is software that gathers prospects from every channel, sorts them by stage and source, and tracks each one until it buys. AutoDial CRM is a lead management app for Android and iPhone that also calls those leads, so the list you sort is the list you dial.
AutoDial CRM begins where most enquiries begin, with a phone call. Any number that rings or is dialled can be saved as a lead, and the mobile number on its own is enough to create one. Each record then carries a source tag (Facebook, Google, Website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Referral, Walk-in, IndiaMART, JustDial or a tag you name), a stage from a pipeline you design, the products the customer asked about and any custom fields you add, a GPS location field among them. Leads that come from forms and ads need no typing: the app checks Google Sheets and REST API sources on a schedule in the background, and Excel, CSV or JSON files import in a few taps. One shared filter then slices the whole database by status, tag, product, list or custom field, and its result can be dialled, edited in bulk or exported to CSV. As of October 2026, the iPhone app has every feature except the phone’s call log.
Lead management app benefits
Every caller captured
A new number can become a lead after the call, with nothing else required.
Source on every record
Tags show which ads, referrals or portals bring the leads worth chasing.
No retyping from sheets
Sheet and API sources feed new rows in on a schedule, already mapped to your fields.
One view of the pipeline
Status, tag, product, list and custom fields combine into a single filter you can call.
Changes in one step
Tags and products can be added or removed across a whole filtered group at once.
Lead management app: sources and auto-import
Leads rarely arrive in one place, so the app accepts them from several directions and keeps track of which door each one came through.
- Calls: after a call from an unknown number, save the caller as a lead. Only the mobile number is required; the rest can wait.
- Files: bring in Excel, CSV and JSON files, including ones shared to the app from WhatsApp, mail or the browser, which open directly in the import screen. Each file becomes its own list that you can filter, dial or delete, and removing a list deletes just the leads imported with that file.
- Google Sheets and APIs: connect a sheet or any REST API and the app polls it in the background. Point each source column at one of your fields, built-in or custom, set the country for that source, and read the exact reason for every row it skipped. To check a source, open its accepted and rejected rows as lead cards, then delete any test data.
- Webhooks and live sheets (Web CRM): a custom webhook or live sheet source can hand new leads to team members round-robin.
On the way in, repeated numbers are discarded and each number’s country code is sorted out. IndiaMART and JustDial are tags for labelling those leads, not live connections, so portal leads come in through a file, sheet or API like any other. Going the other way, a third-party CRM API can be connected so call and CRM data are pushed out to it.
Lead management software filters, tags and bulk edit
Lead management software earns its keep when you can find the right twenty leads among thousands. AutoDial CRM has one shared filter used everywhere: due today, whose lead it is, status, tag, source, product, imported list and custom field values, each one searchable. Stack several at once, pick many values in each, and choose whether tags and products must match any or all of your picks. Every choice shows as a chip, and tapping a chip removes it.
Tags live in a sheet that searches across hundreds of them. Type a tag that does not exist and it is created from the search; rename one and duplicates merge into it; delete the ones nobody uses. Products come from a searchable picker that the lead, call and paid client forms all share, so spellings stay consistent.
For bigger changes, tick leads or take the entire filter and add or remove tags and products in one pass. Every tag and product change is written to that lead’s history. The filtered result can be exported to CSV or called straight away, which is the point of a CRM with a dialer rather than a contact list.
Lead management mobile app: the lead record on your phone
A lead management mobile app has to be quick to fill in with one thumb, between calls or at a site. Names and requirements accept voice input, form fields suggest values you typed before, and the products and the customer’s stated requirement attach to the lead directly. Custom fields cover whatever your business tracks, such as budget, suburb or a GPS location.
The status pipeline is yours: create stages, rename and recolour them, drag them into order, and delete any stage that no leads use (deletion is blocked while a stage is in use). Remarks travel with the lead and reappear on the next call with that person, and a remark saved on a visit picks up the area name and coordinates. One customer screen holds calls, WhatsApp, remarks, reminders and lead details in tabs, plus status changes (including those made on the web) and an edit history synced to the account. Leads that went cold collect in a lost leads list for a win-back round. When you need to pass a record on, one tap copies every detail from a paid client, reminder, Done, assigned lead or lead card. Next steps set on a lead become alarms, which the follow-up reminder app page explains in full.
CRM for small business: leads, calls and follow-ups in one app
A CRM for small business should not need a spreadsheet, a separate dialer and a reminder app glued together. In AutoDial CRM the owner assigns leads, every salesperson gets a private pending queue, and a lead can move to a colleague with its transfer history kept. Calls made by every staff member are visible to the owner from a single account, and a lead that buys becomes a paid client in one tap. Clinics, coaching centres, home service firms, agents and shops all fit the same pattern: enquiries in, calls made, next steps saved. Teams where calling is the whole job will find the shift-by-shift workflow on the telecalling CRM page, and the dialing side on the auto dialer app page.

Lead management app setup
- Put the app on every salesperson’s phone and complete the guided permission steps.
- Create your stages, source tags, products and any custom fields such as budget or location.
- Import existing leads from Excel, CSV or JSON, then connect a Google Sheet or REST API for leads that keep arriving.
- Check the skipped rows on each source, map any missing columns and remove test data.
- Assign leads to team members, save a filter for each day’s work and start calling from it.
Lead management app limits
AutoDial CRM manages and calls leads; it does not generate them, and it is not an email marketing or landing page tool, so a business that nurtures leads mainly by email campaigns should look at a marketing CRM. There is no direct link to lead portals such as IndiaMART or JustDial: their leads have to come in as a file, through a sheet or API, or by webhook. Leads export as CSV rather than as a true Excel workbook. Because the handset’s own call log is off limits to the iPhone app, teams wanting every call saved automatically are better served by Android phones. A large company whose desktop CRM must stay the master record can push data to it through its API, but staff would then use two systems.
Lead management app example
An illustration, not a named customer. A kitchen renovation business in Sydney, Australia, has an owner and 2 sales staff and gets about 150 enquiries a month. Facebook ad leads land in a Google Sheet, the website form posts to a webhook, and showroom visitors are saved by hand with the Walk-in tag. The owner adds custom fields for suburb, budget in A$ and a GPS location for the measure-up visit, and sets five stages: New, Measure booked, Quote sent, Won and Lost. On Monday a salesperson filters Quote sent, tag Facebook and product Kitchen with match all, gets 30 leads and calls them in order; remarks such as “wants stone benchtop” sit on each lead. Halfway through the month the owner bulk-tags 60 leads Spring promo, and at month end exports the Won leads to CSV for the accountant. Three users cost roughly US$8.37 a month in total on the yearly plan.

Lead management app FAQ
What is lead management software?
Lead management software is a system that records each potential customer, where they came from and how far they have got, so nobody is forgotten between first contact and sale. On a phone the same idea is called a lead management app, and it usually adds calling and reminders.
What is a lead app?
A lead app is a mobile app for collecting and working sales leads: saving the contact, noting what they want and reminding you to get back to them. Some lead apps only store contacts, while a calling CRM such as AutoDial CRM also dials them and logs each conversation.
What is the best lead management app for small business?
The best lead management app for a small business that sells by phone is one that captures leads from calls and spreadsheets, sorts them by stage and dials them, and AutoDial CRM is built for exactly that. It runs on the staff's own Android or iPhone and is paid per user, so a team of two pays for two.
Is AutoDial CRM a lead management app?
Yes. AutoDial CRM manages leads and has a dialer built in: it holds each lead's source, status, products, custom fields and full history, and it can call any filtered group of leads one by one.
What is the best app for capturing leads?
The best app for capturing leads is one that takes them from wherever they already arrive, without retyping. AutoDial CRM saves callers as leads, imports Excel, CSV and JSON files, and checks Google Sheets or REST API sources in the background, so form and ad leads land on their own.
Is a lead management app the same as a lead generation app?
No. A lead generation app finds new prospects, for example through ads, directories or forms, while a lead management app organises and follows up the prospects you already have. AutoDial CRM is a lead management app; it does not generate leads for you.
Can I get a lead management app free for Android?
Yes, several lead management apps can be installed free on Android, though free versions often limit users, leads or features. Installing AutoDial CRM from Google Play costs nothing; using its full plan is charged per user.
Can I get IndiaMART leads into a lead management app?
Yes, provided you can get them into a Google Sheet, a file or an API under your control. AutoDial CRM has no direct IndiaMART connection; IndiaMART and JustDial are source tags you can put on those leads once they are imported.
How do leads from my website form reach the app?
They reach it through a Google Sheet, a REST API or a webhook. AutoDial CRM checks sheet and API sources on a schedule and maps each column to your fields, and the Web CRM can receive webhook leads and share them across the team round-robin.
What features should lead management software have?
Lead management software should capture leads automatically, record their source and stage, filter them quickly and remind you of the next step. For phone-led sales it should also dial leads and log each call against the right record, which is how AutoDial CRM works.
How are new leads shared out across a sales team?
In AutoDial CRM an owner hands leads to named staff, who each get their own pending queue to work through. Leads from webhook and live sheet sources can be handed out round-robin in the Web CRM, and any lead can be transferred later with its history kept.
Can I add my own fields to a lead, such as budget or location?
Yes. AutoDial CRM lets you add custom lead fields, including a GPS location field, and those fields can be filtered, imported into and copied. Typing is optional for names and requirements, which accept voice input.
How much does a lead management app cost with AutoDial CRM?
AutoDial CRM costs ₹299 per user a month billed every 3 months (₹897), or ₹199 per user a month billed yearly (₹2,388). In US dollars that is $3.79 or $2.79 per user a month.
Your next call is ringing.
Install AutoDial CRM, import your leads and let the dialer, the WhatsApp and the follow-up alarm do the remembering.
