Telecaller app for Android and iPhone

Telecaller app for sales teams that call all day

A telecaller app is a phone app for people who make sales calls all day, dialing their lead list and saving what each call decided.

AutoDial CRM hands every telecaller a lead list that dials itself, and lets their manager decide who calls which leads and how fast.

  • Lead name, status and last remark on screen before you answer
  • Status, remark and next call saved in two taps after hanging up
  • Managers assign queues, lock the dialing pace and read the Done tab

What is a telecaller app?

A telecaller app is a mobile app that dials a telecaller’s assigned leads, shows who they are, and records each call’s result before the next one. AutoDial CRM is a telecaller app for Android and iPhone that dials from the SIM in the telecaller’s own handset and reports every call to the manager’s account.

AutoDial CRM is built around two people: the telecaller holding the phone and the manager who decides what that phone should dial. The telecaller opens a pending queue, presses start, and the auto dialer rings each lead in turn from the SIM in the handset. While a number rings, a full-screen caller card displays the lead’s name, current status and the last remark, even with the phone locked, and the whole lead record opens mid-call. On hanging up, two taps record the outcome, a note and the next call time, and then the next number dials. The manager assigns queues, can fix the pause between calls, sets the minimum call length that marks a lead as worked, and reads the Done tab to see how each lead finished. As of 14 October 2026 the interface is offered in over 40 languages.

This is not a caller ID app for spotting unknown numbers on a personal phone. It is a work tool for the person making the calls, and the same engine runs the auto dialer app for anyone who simply needs a list dialled.

Telecaller app benefits

  • Hands off the keypad

The queue dials itself, with a pause between calls that the caller or the manager sets.

  • Context before the greeting

Status and last remark appear while it rings, so every call opens with the right name and topic.

  • Two taps to log a call

Outcome, note and next call time are saved before the following number rings.

  • Call-backs that ring

A follow-up sounds like an alarm at the agreed time, locked phone or not.

  • A steady team pace

A locked pause between calls keeps every telecaller on the same rhythm.

  • A familiar number

Leads see the telecaller's own mobile number, or a WhatsApp call if you choose.

Telecaller app: one call from ring to after-call sheet

A telecaller repeats the same loop a hundred times a shift, so a telecaller app is judged on how little friction each loop carries. Here is one call inside AutoDial CRM.

  • Dial: the auto dialer takes the next lead from the telecaller’s queue, an imported list, a saved filter, the call log or today’s due follow-ups, and calls it. On a dual-SIM phone the telecaller picks the SIM call by call, or fixes one SIM for business use.
  • Ring: name, status and last remark fill the screen. One tap opens the full record, where calls, chats, notes and reminders each have a tab.
  • No answer: ringing stops at the ring limit you chose. The number is tried again 1 to 3 times, at the end of the list, once a set time passes, or straight away. If the network cuts a call before it even rings, the app dials it again, up to two more times, before marking the lead unreached.
  • Hang up: a short sheet asks for the outcome, a line of notes and when to try again, with quick picks such as 1 hour, tomorrow or 1 week.
  • Message: if you switch it on, an automatic WhatsApp message after the call goes to the lead, with different text for answered and missed calls.
  • Next: the gap counts down and the next lead rings. Skip, pause or stop work from any screen.

The follow-up saved on Monday rings on Thursday on the minute it was set for, and a phone restart does not lose it, and it stays open until the telecaller marks it done. A missed one shows as overdue and carries into Today. The follow-up reminder app page covers repeats, notes and reminder filters in more depth.

Telecalling app for managers: queues, pace and the Done tab

A manager running telecallers needs control over three things: which leads each person calls, how fast they call them, and what counts as a finished call. AutoDial CRM gives each of those a setting.

Which leads. The manager assigns leads to each team member, and those leads form that person’s pending queue. Nobody dials a colleague’s leads by accident, and a lead can be transferred when someone is away, with the transfer history kept on the record.

How fast. The gap between auto dialer calls can be set by the admin and locked, so one telecaller cannot quietly stretch a 5-second pause into a minute. Today’s due follow-ups can be run as one session, which keeps call-backs from piling up behind fresh leads.

What counts. A minimum call length decides when a dialled lead is marked done, so a quick hang-up does not empty the queue. Finished leads collect in the Done tab, each tagged with what closed it, whether that was the auto dialer, click to call, the telecaller’s own Mark done or a handover. The owner also sees every employee’s call log in one account. For the shared status pipeline, remarks and team reports that sit behind these queues, read the telecalling CRM page.

Telecaller mobile app on Android and iPhone

On Android, AutoDial CRM can become the phone’s default dialer, so calls, contacts and history keep working while each call is saved with the SIM it used and whether it came in, went out or was missed. Teams that prefer to keep the phone’s own dialer can use CRM team mode instead: the stock dialer places the call, and the after-call sheet still pops up when it ends. iPhone users get the whole app apart from one thing, the phone’s call log, because iOS does not share it with apps.

The telecaller does not need a second app for the rest of the day either. Punching in, verified by a live selfie and the office location, happens in the same app, as described on the staff attendance app page, and the Break and Resume buttons record each break. Where the handset’s own recorder keeps call audio, AutoDial CRM picks those files up and attaches each one to its call. The interface comes in more than 40 languages with right-to-left support, and a searchable video guide library has subtitles in each of them.

Telecaller app setup

  1. Install AutoDial CRM on each telecaller’s phone and let the guided setup grant the dialer role, notifications and alarms.
  2. Import the leads from Excel, CSV or a Google Sheet, then assign them so every telecaller has a pending queue.
  3. Set the gap between calls and lock it if you want one pace, then choose the minimum call length, ring limit and number of redials.
  4. Ask each telecaller to start a session from their queue and fill in the after-call sheet on every call.
  5. At the end of the day, open the Done tab and team call logs, and transfer leftover leads where they will be called sooner.

Telecaller app limits

A telecaller app is the wrong tool if you only want to know who an unknown number belongs to on a personal phone; a caller ID app does that job. Nor is AutoDial CRM a hosted call center: it rents out no numbers, plays no phone menus, and each phone handles one call at a time, so a large inbound support floor needs contact center software. Recording is left to the phone; the app only brings in the files the handset’s recorder has already saved. On iPhone the call log stays closed, so teams that want every call logged without effort should give telecallers Android phones. Calling over WhatsApp is capped per day, 20 unless you raise it. Rules on unsolicited sales calls and consent differ from the Philippines and India to the UK and the US; treat this as general information, not legal advice, and read the rules that cover your leads before calling a new list.

Telecaller app example

An illustration, not a named customer. A property developer’s in-house sales office in Manila, Philippines, gets about 600 enquiries a week from Facebook ads for a new condominium tower. Every Monday the sales manager imports them and assigns 100 to each of 6 telecallers. She locks the gap between calls at 5 seconds and sets 30 seconds as the minimum call length, so a quick hang-up does not count as worked. Each telecaller runs a morning session from their queue and an afternoon session of the day’s due follow-ups. A buyer who asks for the 2-bedroom price after lunch gets a follow-up for 1 pm, and the remark is on screen when it rings. On Friday the manager reads the Done tab, sees which leads the dialer closed and which were closed by hand, and moves 40 leads from a telecaller on leave to two colleagues, with their history attached.

FAQ

Telecaller app FAQ

  1. Which app is best for telecallers?

The best app for telecallers dials their assigned leads, shows each lead's history while the phone rings and saves the outcome in seconds, and AutoDial CRM was designed around those three jobs. It works on both Android and iPhone and places calls from the telecaller's own SIM.

  2. Is AutoDial CRM a telecaller app?

Yes. AutoDial CRM is a telecaller app with an auto dialer, a personal pending queue for each telecaller and a two-tap after-call sheet. Managers hand out the leads and see every call the team makes.

  3. Is the telecaller app free?

No, the full telecaller app is a paid plan charged per user, though AutoDial CRM is free to install. On the yearly plan it works out to ₹199 per user a month, about $2.79.

  4. Is a telecaller app the same as Truecaller?

No. Truecaller is a caller ID and spam blocking app for anyone's phone, while a telecaller app is a work tool for people who make sales or service calls all day. AutoDial CRM is the second kind, although it also names callers from your own leads and flags reported spam.

  5. What is the work of a telecaller?

A telecaller's work is phoning leads or customers, usually from a list, to sell, book appointments, answer enquiries or chase renewals. Every call should end with a note of what was said and when to call again, which is the part a telecaller app records for you.

  6. Is there a telecalling app for PC?

Not as a separate desktop dialer: AutoDial CRM runs on the phone, and a Chrome extension lets you click a number on a computer so that the phone dials it. The SIM, auto-call and speaker settings are chosen in the extension, and the call goes out from the phone as normal.

  7. How do you do telecalling with an app?

You open your list of leads in a telecaller app, start a calling session and let it dial each number for you, logging the result after every conversation. In AutoDial CRM the list is the queue your manager assigned, and the next number rings as soon as the previous call is saved.

  8. Can a telecaller speak notes instead of typing?

Yes. Voice input fills in a lead's name and requirement from speech, which saves time between back-to-back calls. A remark added from a follow-up reminder can be spoken as well.

  9. Is the telecalling app available in other languages?

Yes. AutoDial CRM comes in more than 40 languages, with a language picker inside the app and right-to-left support. Its video guides carry subtitles in every app language as well.

  10. Can a telecaller see notes from the last call while the phone rings?

Yes. As the phone rings, a full-screen view puts up who the lead is, where they sit in the pipeline and the latest remark, even on a locked phone. The complete lead record, with earlier calls, chats and reminders, opens without ending the call.

  11. Can telecallers mark attendance in the same app?

Yes. AutoDial CRM has staff attendance built in, checked by a live selfie and the office location, so telecallers punch in and out in the same app they call from. Break and Resume buttons save every break.

  12. How does a manager see which leads a telecaller finished?

The manager opens the Done tab, which lists every worked lead and whether the dialer, a tap to call, a manual close or a transfer finished it. Each telecaller's call log also reaches the owner's account, so the list can be checked against the calls behind it.

  13. How much does a telecaller app cost with AutoDial CRM?

AutoDial CRM costs ₹299 per user a month billed every 3 months (₹897), or ₹199 per user a month billed yearly (₹2,388). In US dollars that is $3.79 or $2.79 per user a month.

Your next call is ringing.

Install AutoDial CRM, import your leads and let the dialer, the WhatsApp and the follow-up alarm do the remembering.
