Dialmio alternative with WhatsApp calling and live route tracking

A Dialmio alternative is any other call management CRM a business could use in place of Dialmio to dial, log and follow up customer calls from staff phones.

AutoDial CRM tracks field staff routes, calls lists over WhatsApp and runs on iPhone, while Dialmio costs less per user.

  • Live route for staff who travel, opt-in and on duty only
  • iPhone app alongside Android
  • Dialmio's lower price and missed-call queue, stated plainly

What is a good Dialmio alternative?

A good Dialmio alternative is worth a look when your staff leave the office or carry iPhones, because Dialmio lists both continuous location tracking and an iPhone app as deliberately missing. AutoDial CRM covers both, and the full auto dialer app comparison sets them beside four more apps.

Dialmio calls itself call management CRM software for Indian sales and service teams. Its Android app replaces the phone dialer, calls each number in turn over the SIM, waits for the after-call sheet, and turns missed calls into a callback queue. AutoDial CRM does the core of that as well. Where they part is outside the call: AutoDial CRM can follow a field salesperson’s working day on a map, call a list through WhatsApp, redial unanswered numbers by itself and run on iPhone. Dialmio is cheaper and its missed-call handling is more structured, so a busy inbound desk may be better off where it is.

Dialmio vs AutoDial CRM: the gaps AutoDial CRM fills

  • Route of the day

Stops, minutes at each stop and kilometres per employee, on the web.

  • Fake GPS left out

Spoofed points and impossible jumps are flagged and kept out of the distance.

  • iPhone and Android

One team, both phone types, every feature but the iPhone call log.

  • Second and third tries

Numbers that did not pick up are dialled again by themselves.

Dialmio alternative: price per user

Dialmio is cheaper on both terms. Paying by the quarter, Dialmio’s “3-month plan” charges ₹747 per user, presented as ₹249 a month; paying yearly, its “Yearly plan” charges ₹1,944 per user, presented as ₹162 a month. Taxes go on top of each, and Dialmio notes the prices were checked in October 2026. AutoDial CRM’s rates are ₹299 a month per user, paid as ₹897 per quarter, or ₹199 a month per user, paid as ₹2,388 per year; in dollars, $3.79 and $2.79 a month.

Per user, that is ₹50 a month more with AutoDial CRM on the short term and ₹57 a month more on the yearly term. Dialmio does not state a free plan, lets new accounts try it for 3 days without a card, and does not count the owner’s dashboard login as a user.

Dialmio alternative: when Dialmio is the better choice

Dialmio is the better choice for a sales and service desk that takes many incoming calls and works only on Android. Its missed-call callback queue gives each missed call an owner, sends a WhatsApp in the meantime and reports which calls were returned, and the dashboard shows missed calls by hour. AutoDial CRM has fast call-backs and automatic messages after a missed call, but it does not publish a queue or report like that. Dialmio also sets up the account with you on a free call, and it costs less per user on both terms.

Dialmio alternative: switching

  1. Collect your leads in Excel, CSV or a Google Sheet; if they arrive from a web form or API, note the source.
  2. Put AutoDial CRM on every phone, set it as the default phone app on Android, and sign in on any iPhones.
  3. Import the file or connect the Google Sheet, which is then checked on a schedule for new rows.
  4. Add your statuses and assign each salesperson their pending queue.
  5. For staff who travel, set branch attendance rules and ask them to turn on live location once.

Dialmio alternative: limits

AutoDial CRM is the dearer of the two and has no missed-call queue with a returned report. Live location only records after the employee agrees on a consent screen, and only while punched in, so it is not a way to watch staff outside work. Call recording depends on the phone’s own recorder. To see what the route view shows, read the employee location tracking app page.

Dialmio alternative: example

An illustration, not a named customer. A water purifier dealer in Visakhapatnam has 2 office callers and 4 salespeople who visit homes and clinics for demos. The office callers dial about 90 leads a day; the field staff make 6 to 8 visits each. The owner wants to see each visit without phoning for updates, so the team moves to AutoDial CRM. The web route view shows every salesperson’s stops, minutes at each stop and kilometres, and the office callers keep their lists and follow-up alarms in the same app, on the yearly plan of ₹2,388 per user.

FAQ

Dialmio alternative FAQ

  1. Is there a cheaper Dialmio alternative?

Only by a little, and AutoDial CRM is not it. Dialmio lists ₹162 per user a month on yearly billing; two apps on our comparison page list ₹159, while AutoDial CRM charges ₹199. Choose AutoDial CRM for its features.

  2. Does Dialmio have WhatsApp calling?

Not stated. What Dialmio's site, as read on 14 October 2026, describes is WhatsApp messages after calls, campaigns and a reply inbox; placing calls to a list over WhatsApp is not mentioned.

  3. Is AutoDial CRM a Dialmio alternative?

Yes. Both replace the phone's dialer with a SIM-based call CRM, and AutoDial CRM adds live route tracking, WhatsApp list calling and an iPhone app. Dialmio costs less per user.

  4. What is the best Dialmio alternative for field sales staff?

AutoDial CRM, because Dialmio lists continuous location tracking of staff as deliberately missing. Once the employee turns it on, AutoDial CRM plots their position at 15-second intervals for as long as they are punched in, and maps the day on the web.

  5. Does Dialmio have an iPhone app?

No. Dialmio lists an iPhone app among the things it deliberately leaves out. AutoDial CRM has one, with every feature except the phone's call log.

  6. Does Dialmio offer call recording?

No. Dialmio's features page says it does not offer call recording. AutoDial CRM pulls in whatever the phone's built-in recorder has saved.

  7. How does Dialmio handle missed calls?

Dialmio turns missed calls into a callback queue with an owner, sends a WhatsApp in the meantime, and reports which were returned; its dashboard also shows missed calls by hour. AutoDial CRM gives a one-tap call-back from the missed-call notification and can send its own WhatsApp after a missed call.

  8. Does Dialmio have a free plan?

Not stated. Dialmio sells a 3-month term and a yearly term, and lets you try the whole product for 3 days without a card.

  9. Is Dialmio cloud telephony?

No. Dialmio says calls go over your own SIM, with no cloud telephony, virtual number, VoIP or per-minute bill. AutoDial CRM works the same way and can also call through WhatsApp.

  10. Does Dialmio redial numbers that did not pick up?

Not stated. Dialmio says its dialer halts on a string of switched-off numbers and resumes after an incoming call. AutoDial CRM publishes 1 to 3 automatic redials.

  11. Does Dialmio charge for setup or the owner's login?

No to both, by its own pricing page: Dialmio configures the account with you on a call at no charge, and the owner's dashboard login is not counted as a user.

  12. How much does a Dialmio alternative cost with AutoDial CRM?

AutoDial CRM costs ₹299 per user a month billed every 3 months (₹897), or ₹199 per user a month billed yearly (₹2,388). In US dollars that is $3.79 or $2.79 per user a month.

Your next call is ringing.

Install AutoDial CRM, import your leads and let the dialer, the WhatsApp and the follow-up alarm do the remembering.
