Power dialer app that runs on the phone you already have
A power dialer app calls the numbers on a list one at a time and starts the next call as soon as the last one ends, so a seller never dials by hand.
AutoDial CRM does this from the SIM in your phone, one line at a time, showing each lead's status and latest remark during every call.
- Next call starts after a gap you set
- Redials, ring limit and minimum call length
- No call-center seats, headsets or VoIP numbers

What is a power dialer app?
A power dialer app dials a contact list one number at a time and moves to the next call automatically as soon as the current one ends. AutoDial CRM, an auto dialer app, doubles as a power dialer on your phone: one line, one caller, and no call-center setup.
Most power dialers are built for call centers. The seller sits at a browser with a headset, calls travel over internet lines, and the service charges per seat. AutoDial CRM takes the same idea to the mobile phone. It replaces the phone’s default dialer, then works through a list number by number from your SIM, or via WhatsApp, which has a daily limit. The list can be a saved filter of leads, a spreadsheet you imported, recent numbers from the call log, leads that were assigned to you, or the follow-ups due today. You set the pause between calls, a ring limit and 1 to 3 retries for numbers that do not answer, and skip, pause and stop are available on every screen. AutoDial CRM never rings several numbers at once for one person, so nobody picks up to silence. As of 14 October 2026, that is how the product’s feature list describes it.
Power dialer app benefits
Hands-free sequence
Each call starts on its own after the pause you choose.
Lead details before you speak
Name, status and last remark fill the call screen while it rings.
Your own mobile number
Calls leave from your SIM, so people see a number they can call back.
Retries built in
Unanswered numbers get up to 3 more tries; network-dropped calls are placed again.
No extra hardware
No headsets, desk phones, softphones or rented numbers to buy.
Power dialer for Android: how one session runs
On Android, AutoDial CRM becomes the default phone app, which is what lets it place calls, show its own call screen and log every call reliably. A session runs like this:
- You choose the list and start the session; progress shows how far through you are.
- The first number rings from your business SIM. The full-screen call display gives the lead’s name, status and most recent remark, lock screen included, and you can open the whole lead record mid-call.
- At the end of the call, you save the status, a remark and a follow-up time on the after-call sheet in two taps.
- After your pause, the next number rings. Numbers that do not answer wait for their retry, and calls lost to the network before they ring get up to two fresh attempts.
- Leads you finish appear in the Done tab, along with how each was completed.
A minimum call length keeps a two-second pickup from counting as done, and an admin can lock the pause so a whole team dials at one pace. To dial a number you see on a web page, click to call from Chrome sends it to your phone. For the bigger picture of dialing inside a CRM, see the CRM with dialer page.
Power dialer app vs cloud power dialers
| Question | Power dialer app (AutoDial CRM) | Cloud power dialer |
|---|---|---|
| Where it runs | On each seller's mobile phone | In a browser or desktop app, usually with a headset |
| Line used | The phone's SIM, or WhatsApp within a daily limit | Internet calling through the provider |
| Numbers rung at once | One | One in power mode; some also offer parallel dialing |
| Number the lead sees | Your own mobile number | Usually a number rented from the provider |
| What you pay for | A per-user plan; calls on your mobile plan | Usually a seat fee, often with call or number charges |
| Recordings | Imports the phone's own call recordings | Often recorded by the service |
| Best for | Small teams and field sellers who sell from mobiles | Desk-based inside sales teams |
Power dialer app setup
- Download AutoDial CRM and allow it to become the default dialer during the guided setup.
- If the phone has two SIMs, choose which one handles business calls.
- Import a list from Excel, CSV or JSON, or build a lead filter to dial.
- Set the pause between calls, the ring limit, the retries and the minimum call length.
- Begin dialing and log every answered call on the after-call sheet.
Power dialer app limits
AutoDial CRM is a one-line power dialer. It does not ring several numbers at once, predict when an agent will be free, drop voicemails, detect answering machines or play recorded messages. It does not provide virtual numbers, IVR menus or inbound call queues. If your team sits at desks, needs those features or wants parallel dialing to push volume, a cloud power dialer is the better buy. Call recordings come only from your phone’s own recorder, which the app can import. The iPhone version lacks only the phone’s call log, but confirm with support how list dialing works there before a team depends on it. Cold calling rules differ by country, so check yours before calling strangers (general information, not legal advice).
Power dialer app example
An illustration, not a named customer. A home cleaning company in Auckland, New Zealand, has 80 past customers tagged Past customer whose last booking was more than six months ago. The owner and one sales rep split the list, 40 each, set a 6-second pause, a ring limit and 1 retry after the list, and dial from their own phones. Between them, 45 people answer on the first pass and 10 more on the retry. Eighteen book a clean, and the rest get a status and a remark such as Call in spring. No seats, headsets or new numbers were bought; the calls went out on the two phones’ existing plans, one number at a time.

Power dialer app FAQ
What is a power dialer in sales?
A power dialer is a sales tool that calls a list one number at a time and dials the next number as soon as a call ends. It saves the seller from typing numbers and keeps one person on one line, unlike dialers that ring several numbers at once.
Is a power dialer free?
Mostly no: cloud power dialers usually charge per user, often with call charges on top, though some apps are free to install. AutoDial CRM costs nothing to install, then a paid plan applies per user, with calls going out on your own mobile plan.
Which power dialer is the best?
The best power dialer is the one that fits where your team sells. For desk teams with headsets, a cloud dialer fits; for people who sell from a mobile phone, a power dialer app such as AutoDial CRM dials the list from their own SIM with the lead's details on screen.
Is AutoDial CRM a power dialer app?
Yes, in the one-line sense. AutoDial CRM dials a list one number at a time and starts the next call after the gap you set, with redials, a ring limit and an after-call sheet for every lead.
What is the difference between a power dialer and a parallel dialer?
A power dialer rings one number per seller at a time, while a parallel dialer rings several numbers at once and connects whoever answers first. Parallel dialing can leave people answering to silence; AutoDial CRM only does one-at-a-time dialing.
Is there a power dialer app for Android?
Yes. AutoDial CRM works as a power dialer on Android once it is set as the default phone app, placing each call from your SIM and logging it in the normal call history.
Can a power dialer app work without a computer?
Yes, when it dials from the phone itself. AutoDial CRM runs the whole session on the phone, using the SIM already in it or WhatsApp within a daily limit, so no computer, softphone or call-center seat is involved.
Can a power dialer app leave a voicemail for me?
Not AutoDial CRM. It has no voicemail drop and does not play recorded messages; a ring limit ends calls that ring too long so the session moves on to the next number.
Is a power dialer good for cold calling?
Yes, it suits cold lists well, because most cold calls go unanswered and the dialer moves on without delay. The redial and lost leads settings for cold lists are covered on the auto dialer for cold calling page.
Can a manager see how a power dialer session went?
Yes. The Done tab lists every lead worked in the session and how each was completed, and in team mode all employees' calls reach the owner, sorted into connected, missed and lost leads.
What is an AI power dialer?
An AI power dialer adds automated features, such as call summaries or computer voices, on top of one-at-a-time dialing. AutoDial CRM does not put AI on your calls; its Ask AI assistant only helps you use the app.
How much does a power dialer app cost with AutoDial CRM?
AutoDial CRM costs ₹299 per user a month billed every 3 months (₹897), or ₹199 per user a month billed yearly (₹2,388). In US dollars that is $3.79 or $2.79 per user a month.
Your next call is ringing.
Install AutoDial CRM, import your leads and let the dialer, the WhatsApp and the follow-up alarm do the remembering.
